ARTHALAND's UNA Apartments are mid-rise condominiums built in Sevina Park, the country's first and only mixed-use community to achieve LEED Platinum certification for Neighborhood Development and Homes categories.

Moreover, the floors of all UNA Apartments' units are made with highly-durable SPC (stone plastic composite) flooring which is resistant to stains and scratches, and is sound absorbent.
